Made with select kombu (konbu) kelp from south of Hokkaido. Use Fuji no Kombucha to make stock and broth. By using kombucha, you don’t have to use a lot of soy sauce and are able to bring out the essence of ingredients. Suitable for all types of dishes, western, Japanese or Chinese. Fuji has been making kombucha and other combu related products since 1949.
