A Japanese tea with 100% Kelp from Hokkaido with a deep umami taste from the Asian company Matsumotokiyoshi.

Kelp otherwise known as Kombu is a brown-green seaweed whose natural habitat includes the northern waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the calm ocean along the coasts of Japan. These seaweeds are characterized by a unique iodine content. 100mg of kelp contains about 150-200 micrograms of iodine, which fully covers the daily demand for this component.
