Mt Fuji is one of Japan's most iconic monuments, and here is a special red spicy curry inspired by the big guy. So you can replicate wonderful views of Mt. Fuji from the comfort of your own home. It's made with peaches local to Fuefuki city in Yamanashi, where Mt. Fuji calls home.

To cook, put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Place sealed pouch in pot and boil for 5 minutes. Do not use the microwave.
