Nittoh Amazake is a stick-packaged, rice-based beverage with 7 kinds of Koji. It is an instant drink that dissolves very easily in hot water, so you can enjoy its Delicious Flavor anywhere you go.

It uses i.a. millet, foxtail millet, Japanese millet, barley,  purple black rice, and rice flour.

Powdered sake leaven, neatly chosen by the sake brewery Nada, is added to the koji (Malts) made from seven kinds of grains that have been popular since antiquity.

Instructions:

Tea brewing: Pour hot water in a cup with one tea stick. That is all you need to do to enjoy authentic Nittoh Amazake. 

Ice: Pour cold water (100 ml) and one stick in a cup. Add a few pieces of ice and stir well until it gets cold.

Hot: Pour hot water (100 ml) and one stick in a cup, stir well and that is it!

Ingredients: sugar, powdered sake lees (sake kasu), salt, grain koji (barley, fosm, hie, millet, oyster, purple black rice, rice flour). Additives: processed starch, thickener(xanthan gum), fragrance, sweetener(Acesulfame K, sucralose)
