We use the actual Shipping Rates charged by JP Post based on weight and destination country. Please see the JP Post Rate Schedule for International Mails. 

Surface: Parcels are sent by surface. While delivery takes 1 to 3 months, the rates are reasonable. (check rates HERE). This option provides a tracking number with limited tracking (from delivery to post office to departing Japan). Please note that due to long delivery times we do not recommend choosing products with limited shelf life. Recommended for heavy orders with many items. Delivery about 2 months(estimated time of arrival)

ePacket Light: Currently unavailable due to coronavirus pandemic. (Only for parcels with a total weight under 2000 grams). This is usually the cheapest method available. Although packages shipped with ePacket light come with a tracking number, there is no insurance if the package is lost, stolen or broken in transit. Please bear this in mind if you are purchasing high-value items. ePacket light items have a weight and size limit making it unsuitable for larger items. ePacket light items usually do not require a signature upon delivery. Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 weeks.

ePacket:  Only for parcels with a total weight under 2000 grams).  Slightly more costly than ePacket light, ePacket is a slightly speedier shipping method, which is insured against loss and breakage for up to 6000 yen. If you are purchasing items with a content value of more than 6000 yen, we recommend asking for additional insurance, or choosing a different shipping method. ePacket items have a weight and size limit making it unsuitable for larger items. ePacket light items usually do not require a signature upon delivery. Delivery: Worldwide in 10-21 days(estimated time of arrival))

Express Mail Service (EMS): This is the most costly yet speediest shipping service available at Japanese post offices. Packages shipped via EMS will arrive in a few days and are insured for up to 20,000 yen. If you are purchasing an item with a content value of more than 20,000 yen, we recommend that you ask the Friend to add on additional insurance. EMS packages usually require a signature upon delivery. Delivery: Worldwide in 3 to 6 days. 

 

We cannot ship any parcel via airmail to following countries: Unites Arab Emirates, Israel, Russia, India, Brazil, Cuba, Greece, Georgia, Peru, Moldova, Romania.
