Our office and distribution center are located in Kobe City and Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture

If your parcel has not been shipped and you need to change your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. We will immediately make any changes you require. Please use the same e-mail you used at the checkout of your order.

In case, your parcel has already been shipped from our store, we cannot cancel the order anymore.

Most of orders are shipped between 3 to 5 business days, but since we do not stock any cosmetics or food items, it may take longer - 7-14 days to prepare your package for shipment.

Currently we accept payments in US dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), Pound sterling (GBP), Zloty (PLN) and Yen (JPY)

Although we do our best to make sure that you will not need to pay any extra fees, we have got no control over the regulations in your home country.

Note: In case, customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately for instructions. Please provide a brief explanation and photos of the damaged product(s).

When we receive your returned parcel, we will check it and notify you through e-mail.

If there was an error on our part, your parcel will be reshipped free of charge.

If the parcel was returned because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, we can reship the package but you will need to pay the re-shipping fee.

If the reason of the parcel is returned is:

-either you were "not at home" during delivery

-you did not pick it up from the post office within the required time

-it was returned as "unclaimed"

we may resend your order, but again, you will have to pay the re-shipping fee.

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we will not provide any refund for products or parcels returned to us.

Once we ship your parcel, sales are final.
